Director Douglas McGrath and producer Christine Vachon have assembled a stunning ensemble cast, Sandra Bullock bringing complexity to her portrayal of Harper Lee, while Paltrow, Weaver & Rossellini have never been in better form. The film also features career best performances from Toby Jones, who electrifies as Truman and newly crowned James Bond – Daniel Craig, as killer Perry Smith.
