In the year 2056 an epidemic of organ failures kills tens of millions of people, but multi billion dollar biotech company GeneCo manufactures salvation.. organ transplant surgery with easy organ financing! However for those who can't keep up their repayments, reclamation by GeneCo's Repo Men is the grisly fate that awaits.

In this cruel world SHILO (Alexa Vega) has been forced to remain housebound for all of her seventeen years by her overprotective father NATHAN (Anthony Head). When she finally rebels and ventures outside she's shocked to learn her father is GeneCo's top Repo Man and that her godmother BLIND MAG (Sarah Brightman) has been selected as GeneCo's next target for repossession.

Unbeknownst to Shilo, GeneCo owner ROTTI LARGO (Paul Sorvino) still holds a torch for Shilo's dead mother Marnie and has blackmailed Nathan into doing his bidding. Now unable to possess Marnie, Rotti Largo seeks to possess Shilo instead.
